Teen Slopestyle
The Slopestyle Squad is designed for advanced teenagers who are looking to be pushed with their skiing skills, meet teenagers their own age, learn new tricks and become more aware of mountain safety. Teenagers will be split into two groups: red and black, corresponding to the slope they feel most comfortable on.
Teenagers on this program will be able to take full advantage of the exhilarating opportunities provided by the exciting and varied mountain environment. Teenagers will develop key life skills required to safely enjoy the outdoors whilst simultaneously fostering independence.
The Slopestyle Squad will tackle moguls, jumps, rails, boxes and ski powder when there is some! The whole mountain will be opened up for them to enjoy with like-minded skiers. Our coaches are highly experienced and coach in a safe and responsible manner.
Helmets are compulsory.
Our Groups
Blue Run Adventurers
Our Blue Run Adventurers will be developing their snowplough, moving towards plough-parallel turns by the end of the week.
Blue Run Adventurers will be out of the beginners area, ready to tackle blue runs and chairlifts.
The small groups will allow our instructors to focus on each child and foster their confidence and their skills.
Red Run Explorers
We encourage our Red Run Explorers to be more independent and step beyond their comfort zone.
Red Run Explorers will be comfortable on skiing red runs, and will be working on parallel turns.
They will be learning lots, having fun on jumps, bumps, small boxes and as the week progresses they will find confidence skiing more challenging terrain.
Black Run Rovers
Our Black Run Rovers are happiest skiing red and black runs, beginning the week comfortably skiing parallel.
Black Run Rovers will learn more advanced techniques such as short turns, and carving.
They will have a blast, explore the terrain and visit the park. The small group sizes will ensure an extremely safe learning environment as the children reach new levels of skill.
