We are looking for awesome instructors to join our team. We value experience and personality as much as we value qualifications and technical ability. We are looking for team players who are passionate about teaching skiing and open to learning and developing as a skier and a teacher. Training with Connect

We provide extensive training for our ski instructors as we believe that personal and professional development is hugely important in this industry. Each season we offer our instructors the chance to train with us for up to 10 weeks of the season, depending on their exam and development goals during that winter. Who we are

We are passionate about building a team of instructors who genuinely enjoy their job and are happy to be out on the hill teaching or skiing every day. We are building a ski school that ski instructors want to work for. Happy ski instructors deliver excellent lessons, so our staff are important to us.
