Training

At Connect we offer a comprehensive approach to training for your ski instructor qualifications.

You will receive around 30 hours of on-snow coaching per week and receive a huge range of training for a well-rounded approach. We spend time ensuring that each course is planned to maximize your professional development, giving you the best possible chance of passing your exams.

Our coaches are all fully certified BASI Trainers, meaning they have reached the highest level of Ski Instruction. This means that you will receive the highest possible level of training. Many of them are also fully qualified in a second or even third system, allowing them to draw on a vast amount of knowledge to help you. We work exclusively with BASI Trainers, who assess and examine Level 1 to 4, to ensure that our training is relevant and up to date. Our coaches have a palpable and visible passion for coaching, ski technique, and helping others realize their potential.

Whatever level you are striving to achieve, our dedicated, experienced and inspirational coaches will guide you towards achieving your goal. We take an individualized approach, listen to our trainees, and ensure that each candidate is getting what they need to succeed.

We will improve your technical abilities, there is no doubt there, but in addition to that, we offer a more holistic and well-rounded training pathway designed to help you achieve your full potential as a professional in this industry. We help you become a better ski instructor so that your clients come back year after year and want to ski with you, and only you. This is a special skill that extends beyond your ability to ski a rounded line in the moguls, or cleanly carve down a black run.
