4 week BASI Level 1 Gap Course

 

Improve your skiing whilst gaining an instructor qualification with our 4 week BASI Level 1 course in Zermatt this Winter. Upon successful completion of this course, you will have completed all required elements for obtaining your Level 1 Certificate: BASI Level 1 Exam, Child Protection Module, First Aid Course and 35 Shadowing Hours.

Our 4-week BASI Level 1 instructor course is ideal for those looking for a way to spend a the Autumn training and living in the Swiss Alps. Whether you are on a career break, looking to improve your skiing or thinking about ski instructor as a new career, we can help you achieve your goals.

This course is perfect for those who want to test the water as a ski instructor. Upon completing the Level 1 exam, you will be qualified to teach in an indoor snow-dome or outdoor dry-slope in the UK and after a further 35 hours of shadowing eligible to book onto a Level 2 exam.

Choose between our two accommodation packages depending on your preferences: Full-board hotel accommodation or Self-catered apartment accommodation.

With both accommodation options you will receive accommodation in a shared twin room for the full duration of your course included in the price of your course. Whether you opt for the apartment or the hotel, you will be sharing with your fellow trainees and you will still receive the same training and events package.
